Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA, is a therapy based on the science of learning and behavior. It helps children build important life skills by using positive reinforcement and structured strategies to encourage desired behaviors and reduce challenges. At SSPB, ABA services are provided on-site by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). These services give youth consistent, individualized support to strengthen communication, social skills, and daily living skills in a familiar environment.
